PROCESO DE FABRICACIÓN MANUFACTURING PROCESS PROCESSUS DE FABRICATION HERSTELLUNG Todos los residuos o mermas obtenidos en el proceso industrial son tratados y reincorporados en el proceso de fabricación de nuestros productos. Entre los residuos reincorporados podemos destacar: • Piezas dañadas durante el proceso de fabricación. • Baldosas ya fabricadas defectuosas. • Lodos obtenidos del proceso de depuración de aguas. Estos residuos son controlados, molidos y añadidos en proporciones adecuadas al proceso de producción de tierra atomizada que tiene lugar en la planta de atomización que posee Grespania. Esta instalación está reconocida legalmente como Gestor de Residuos No Peligrosos. Otros residuos no peligrosos como plástico, madera o residuos metálicos no contaminados son tratados a través de gestores autorizados. Tous les déchets ou rebuts obtenus dans le processus industriel sont traités et réintroduits dans le processus de fabrication de nos produits. Parmi les déchets réintroduits, nous pouvons signaler : • Pièces abîmées durant le processus de fabrication. • Carreaux avec vice de fabrication. • Boues obtenues du processus d’épuration des eaux. Ces déchets sont contrôlés, broyés et ajoutés dans des proportions adéquates au processus de production d’argile atomisée se produisant au sein de l’usine d’atomisation que possède Grespania. Cette installation a légalement été reconnue en tant que Gestionnaire de déchets non dangereux. D’autres déchets non dangereux tels que le plastique, le bois ou les déchets métalliques non pollués sont traités par le biais de gestionnaires autorisés. Los envases de estos residuos peligrosos son recuperados y reutilizados por nuestros proveedores. Tous les déchets dangereux et leurs emballages correspondants sont dûment stockés, séparés d’autres matières premières utilisées dans le processus de production et déposés ensuite auprès d’un Gestionnaire agréé. Les emballages de ces déchets dangereux sont récupérés et réutilisés par nos fournisseurs. All waste and defective elements from the industrial process are treated and reincorporated into the manufacturing process of our products. Notable examples of recovered waste include: • Pieces damaged during the manufacturing process. • Manufactured tiles that are defective. • Sludge obtained from the water treatment process. These waste products are checked, ground down and added in appropriate proportions to the spray-dried clay production process that takes place at the spray-drying plant owned by Grespania. This facility is legally authorized for Non-Hazardous Waste Management. The treatment of other non-hazardous waste such as plastic, wood or uncontaminated metal waste is handled by authorized agents. Alle Abfallstoffe oder Rückstände aus dem Industrieprozess werden behandelt und wieder in den Produktionsprozess unserer Produkte zurückgeführt. Zu den zurückgeleiteten Rückständen gehören insbesondere die Folgenden: • Während des Herstellungsverfahrens beschädigte Teile. • Bereits mit Mängeln hergestellte Fliesen. • Schlämme aus dem Wasseraufbereitungsprozess. Diese Rückstände werden kontrolliert, gemahlen und in den geeigneten Proportionen in das Verfahren zur Herstellung von sprühgetrocknetem Ton zugeführt, das in der Sprühtrocknungsanlage von Grespania stattfindet. Diese Anlage ist rechtlich als Entsorger nicht gefährlicher Stoffe anerkannt. Weitere ungefährliche Abfallstoffe wie Kunststoffe, Holz oder nicht verschmutzte Metallrückstände werden über zugelassene Entsorgungsunternehmen verarbeitet. All hazardous waste and the containers in which it is held are properly stored, separated from other raw materials used in the production process, and subsequently delivered to an authorized waste management agent. The containers of this hazardous waste are recovered and reused by our suppliers. Alle gefährlichen Abfallstoffe und die entsprechenden Verpackungen werden ordnungsgemäß gelagert, von anderen, beim Produktionsprozess verwendeten Rohstoffen getrennt und später einem zugelassenen Entsorgungsunternehmen übergeben. Die Verpackungen dieser gefährlichen Abfallstoffe werden von unseren Lieferanten zurückgenommen und wiederverwertet. RESIDUOS NO PELIGROSOS El embalaje es uno de los elementos más relevantes para el transporte y conservación de nuestros materiales; por lo tanto, forma una parte importante de nuestra política medioambiental. Todos los envases utilizados en nuestras fábricas están acogidos al plan nacional de DDR (Devolución y Retorno). Grespania ha firmado convenios con ECOEMBES (agencia española encargada de la recogida selectiva y recuperación de residuos de envases) y con INTERSEROH (agencia alemana para la valorización y tratamiento de embalajes). Como resultado de estos convenios, ambas agencias se encargan de la recogida, tanto en el mercado español como alemán, de todo tipo de embalajes que vayan con nuestro producto (pallets, flejes de plástico y cartón), lo que implica una importante disminución de los residuos generados por nuestros embalajes. ENVASES Y EMBALAJES Packaging is key for transporting and protecting our materials; therefore, it forms an important part of our environmental policy. All containers used in our factories are covered by the national DRS (return and refund) plan. Grespania has signed agreements with ECOEMBES (Spanish agency responsible for the selective collection and recovery of packaging waste) and with INTERSEROH (German agency for the recovery and treatment of packaging). As a result of these agreements, these two agencies are responsible, in the Spanish and German markets, for the collection of all types of packaging used with our products (pallets, plastic straps and cardboard). The result is a significant reduction in the waste generated by our packaging. CONTAINERS AND PACKAGING L’emballage est l’un des éléments les plus significatifs pour le transport et la conservation de nos matériaux ; il occupe donc une place importante au sein de notre politique environnementale. Tous les emballages utilisés dans nos usines bénéficient du plan national de DDR (Restitution et Retour). Grespania a signé des accords avec ECOEMBES (agence espagnole chargée du tri sélectif et de la récupération de déchets d’emballages) et avec INTERSEROH (agence allemande chargée de la valorisation et du traitement des emballages). Fruit de ces accords, les deux agences se chargent de la collecte, aussi bien sur le marché espagnol que sur le marché allemand, de tout type d’emballages allant avec notre produit (palettes, cerclages en plastique et carton), ce qui implique une diminution importante des déchets produits par nos emballages. CONDITIONNEMENTS ET EMBALLAGES Verpackungen stellen eines der wichtigsten Elemente beim Transport und der Bewahrung unserer Materialien dar; deshalb sind sie auch ein bedeutender Bestandteil unserer Umweltpolitik. Alle Behälter und Verpackungen, die in unseren Fabriken verwendet werden, unterliegen dem spanischen Rückgabe- und Wiederverwertungsplan. Grespania hat Vereinbarungen mit ECOEMBES (spanische Agentur für getrennte Sammlung und Wiedergewinnung von Verpackungsabfällen) und mit INTERSEROH (deutsche Agentur für die Bewertung und Behandlung von Verpackungen) getroffen. Infolge dieser Vereinbarungen übernehmen beide Agenturen, sowohl auf dem spanischen als auch auf dem deutschen Markt, die Abholung von Verpackungen aller Art, die durch unsere Erzeugnisse anfallen (Paletten, Plastikbänder und Karton). Dies bedeutet eine starke Reduzierung der durch unsere Verpackungen entstehenden Abfälle. BEHÄLTER UND VERPACKUNGEN Las baldosas cerámicas de gres porcelánico de Grespania carecen totalmente de traza alguna de compuestos orgánicos volátiles (COV). Durante su utilización no se emitirá ningún COV, en ninguna condición de uso. Esto se da porque son fabricadas mediante un proceso de cocción, en una atmósfera oxidante, que se lleva a cabo a altas temperaturas, entre 1.100ºC y 1.200ºC. Durante este proceso de cocción en presencia de oxígeno, todo compuesto orgánico presente en el material cerámico se oxida, con la consecuente emisión de gases de combustión. PRESENCIA DE COMPUESTOS ORGÁNICOS VOLÁTILES EN LAS BALDOSAS Grespania’s ceramic stoneware tiles contain no trace whatsoever of volatile organic compounds (VOCs). No VOC will be emitted during their use, under any conditions. This is because they are manufactured by firing in an oxidizing atmosphere, at high temperatures of between 1,100 ºC and 1,200 ºC. During this firing process in the presence of oxygen, all organic compounds in the ceramic material are oxidized, with the resulting emission of combustion gases. PRESENCE OF VOLATILE ORGANIC COMPOUNDS IN TILES Die Feinsteinzeugfliesen von Grespania enthalten keinerlei Spuren flüchtiger organischer Verbindungen (VOC). Während ihrer Verwendung werden unter keinen Nutzungsbedingungen irgendwelche VOC abgegeben.
