7 Gres Aragón ha actualizado en 2024 la verificación de ‘Residuo Cero’ para todas sus instalaciones. Otorgado por SGS, verifica que más del 99,9% de los residuos que se generan en todos los centros de producción se reciclan o valorizan, bien introduciéndolos en el propio proceso productivo o mediante entrega a gestores autorizados, evitando la eliminación en vertedero. Los productos fabricados por GRES ARAGÓN son más sostenibles con hasta el 50% de contenido reciclado en las materias primas: “Mas valor, Menos Impacto”. SOSTENIBLES A CONCIENCIA CONSCIOUSLY SUSTAINABLE Gres Aragón ceramic products are a part of the daily lives of thousands of people as they’re a part of the structures where we live and work. They’re all-natural, safe, long-lasting, versatile and affordable materials. These characteristics are the cornerstones of its environmental, economic and social sustainability. As proof of its utmost respect for the environment, Gres Aragón has an ISO 14001 certified environmental management system, an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD), certified by AENOR (Spanish Association for Standardization and Certification), for the main product families (Porcelain Tile and Façades) throughout their lifecycle, the Zero Waste verification for its production centers and the Aragón Circular label. RECICLADO Materiales sostenibles con un contenido en material reciclado en su composición hasta el 50%. Propulsamos economías circulares. RECICLABLE 100% reciclables tras su vida útil, son susceptibles de poder ser valorizados como materia prima para fabricar nuevas cerámicas, materiales de relleno o como áridos. RESIDUO CERO Menos del 0,1% de los residuos generados en el proceso productivo se gestionan mediante eliminación en vertedero. Más del 99,9% se valorizan como materia prima en nuestro propio proceso o mediante entrega a gestor autorizado. RESPETO AL MEDIO AMBIENTE El carácter reciclable, el contenido de reciclados, el vertido cero de aguas residuales, hacen a nuestros materiales respetuosos con el medio ambiente. RESISTENCIA Y DURABILIDAD Sin cambio en sus propiedades, un material que perdura en el tiempo sin verse afectado por los agentes climáticos (hielo, humedad, viento, radiación solar…). REDUCCIÓN AGENTES PATÓGENOS Gracias al tratamiento Bioklinker se añaden propiedades anti patógenas a los productos, que inhiben el crecimiento de bacterias, hongos, ..siendo tambien eficaz contra olores. RESISTANCE AND DURABILITY Without changing the properties, it’s material that lasts over time without being affected by climatic agents (ice, humidity, wind, solar radiation...). REDUCTION OF PATHOGENS The treatment Bioklinker process adds anti-pathogen properties to our products which inhibit the growth of bacteria and fungi in addition to being effective against odors. LAS 6 R DE GRES ARAGÓN THE GRES ARAGON 6 RS Gres Aragón has updated in 2024 the verification of ‘Zero Waste’ for all its facilities. Awarded by SGS, it verifies that more than 99.9% of the waste generated in all production centres is recycled or recovered, either by introducing it into the production process itself or by handing it over to authorised waste managers, avoiding landfill disposal.
